Service Description

VisualInvoice provides browser-based tools for creating, previewing, and exporting proforma invoices with product photos. The current version is provided as a lightweight self-serve utility.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice content, prices, tax values, payment terms, shipping details, and any product or buyer information you enter. VisualInvoice does not provide legal, tax, customs, accounting, or financial advice.

Exports and Business Use

You may export invoices for your own business use. Before sending an invoice to a buyer, review all details carefully and confirm that the invoice meets your commercial and regulatory requirements.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Future Paid Features

If accounts, cloud storage, templates, team features, or subscriptions are introduced, additional payment, cancellation, and refund terms may apply. Those terms will be shown before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisualInvoice is not liable for business losses, incorrect invoice data, missed payments, customs issues, or disputes caused by use of exported documents.
